The caravan has a decking patio area with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside including a pond with ducks and geese. There is private parking for 3 cars.

The caravan is well appointed and has 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

There is an open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge and microwave.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a gas fire, and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside including the pond in the field below. There is free WiFi available providing internet access if you bring your own wireless laptop.

Outside there is a decking area with table and 6 chairs which is an ideal location for relaxing at the end of the day, or for having breakfast on sunny mornings. There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

This is a single caravan in a peaceful location in the grounds of a smallholding called Wern Bach. There is bed and breakfast with facilities for the disabled available at the main house, and there is ramped access to the lounge of the caravan.
